Return & Refund Policy

ALL items are exchangeable, returnable or refundable EXCEPT for innerwear due to hygiene reasons.

In the rare circumstance that your item is faulty or is missing from your order, please follow the instruction below:

Step 1: Fill out the Return Form here, within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s).

Step 2: We will send you a Return Confirmation, along with courier pick up arrangement upon approval return.

Step 3: We will send you a replacement item upon receiving the faulty item(s). If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have purchased, then a refund credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

The returned item(s) will be inspected by our Quality Control, and processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refund credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
